Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a similar support role, ideally within a housing setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment processes
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
- First Aid certification (desirable)
