As a Supported Housing Worker at Julian House, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality support services to residents. You will be part of a supportive team that values your contribution in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

  • Empower individuals to achieve their personal goals through tailored support plans
  • Contribute to a compassionate and inclusive community environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to residents

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar support role, ideally within a housing setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment processes
  • Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting vulnerable individuals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
  • First Aid certification (desirable)
