I am working with a school in South Leeds that is seeking dedicated Special Needs Learning Support Assistants to join their specialist provision.
The ideal Special Needs Support Assistant will:
- Be able to engage with children and young people.
- Have excellent teamwork skills.
- Capacity to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- Team Teach is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to think on your feet and address issues proactively.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Maths and English, basic IT skills including email.
- Willingness to engage in CPD and share effective practices.
