We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team that recruits a broad range of Head Office roles across our client base.

What's important to us?
- An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in recruiting various roles for the commercial / professional services sector
- Comfortable managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Confident in bringing on new clients as well as maintaining existing relationships
- Experience recruiting into the Manufacturing & Engineering sector is preferred but not essential
- People with a good attitude, who are positive and enjoy what they do
- As we work a 4.5-day week with flexible working, we need to ensure we focus on productivity rather than the hours we work.
- Positivity, we always approach situations with a glass half full mentality, and this contributes to a great working environment
- As we're given full autonomy, it's important we can take ownership and are accountable for what we do
