We have an exciting opportunity within our People Team at our Stratford HQ as a HR Advisor.

The Role

An exciting full-time permanent opportunity has arisen for HR Advisor to join our team

The successful candidate will be working as a HR Advisor already or have gained experience in a previous role, and to be able to take the next step required to support the GA Business Partnering team.

The individual will support managers with all HR policy related case work and will need to be able to effectively track cases as well as proactively communicate up to date feedback to HR Business Partners and Management on the status of all cases.

The team require an individual who can work closely with leaders across the various levels of the business and have the confidence and competence to quickly learn and deliver policy workshops to ensure managers are properly developed and equipped to deliver GA processes in a fair and consistent way.

What we are looking for

The HR Advisor will possess familiarity with implementing HR policies and procedures, showcasing their experience in reviewing HR investigation documents to ensure compliance and thoroughness. They will provide general HR guidance and advice that aligns with established policies, backed by effective communication skills—both verbal and written—as well as non-verbal cues. They will be confident in engaging with all levels of management within the organisation, they will also demonstrate effective organisational abilities and take initiative, showcasing a detail-conscious approach to their work.

The HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the writing and updating of policies, following processes end to end while working independently and prioritising their workload effectively. With a commitment to delivering policy workshops, they will exhibit a strong work ethic and resilience, all while remaining flexible and adaptable to shifting demands. Their ability to manage conflicting priorities regularly, combined with a diligent and proactive mindset, will ensure they contribute significantly to the HR function
