We have just partnered with a fast growing financial services businesses who are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join their client support division. This is a varied position which will involve being responsible for managing a variety of cases to support with processes for financial planning. If you are passionate about excellent customer service and have previously worked within financial planning before then look no further!

Job description

  • Act as the first point of contact for client request and manage case loads with excellent efficiency towards SLA's.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to make sure they receive an exceptional standard of service even when working under pressure.
  • Working efficiently in a team dynamic to achieve daily targets and ensure that all client cases are updated on a daily basis.
  • Remain committed to understand the customer need and provide genuine empathy to provide practical solutions dependant on the customer needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and making sure that all tasks have been completed to high standards.
  • Gain an excellent understanding of financial products and services are essential to provide customers with the most appropriate solutions.

Key skills

  • 3 years minimum experience working within financial planning
  • Customer service driven
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
