Exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator to join a business based near Didcot, offering up to £45,000 depending on experience.
The Role
As IT Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- support, administer and configure a variety of IT systems, applications, and solutions
- provide technical expertise to various stakeholders in the business
- support on IT projects, as well as keeping up to date with latest technology trends and solutions
- systems monitoring and maintenance (backups, patching etc.)
- support Windows and Microsoft environment (e.g. Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers etc.)
- general network support (switches, firewalls, security etc.)
About you
Applicants for the IT Systems Administrator role will have:
- broad IT knowledge across desktop, server, networking, virtualisation and security (preferably with relevant certifications gained)
- excellent team working and communication skills, as well as ability to support IT projects
- experience of using Service Desk / Helpdesk tools, preferably with experience of working in ITIL environments
