Our client, an industry leading aerospace engineering firm are currently seeking an experienced Administrator on a part-time basis. This is an office-based position, Monday-Friday, 9am-2.30pm.
As a Sales Administrator you will work closely with and support the Operations team, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional care to colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scanning and emailing invoicing to customers
- Uploading invoices to customer portals.
- Uploading invoices to Sage
- Raising pro-forma invoices for works yet to be completed
- Loading sales orders to the planning system
- General administrative support for the operations manager and wider team
Working as part of a tight knit team in an ever-changing environment it is essential that you can multi-task and prioritise your workload. You will also need:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar administration role
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Training will be provided on more specialist packages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
