About the role:
We are searching for an Exams Officer to assist in delivering effective, efficient and customer-friendly examination and assessment service. Our learners are at the heart of West London College where we endeavour to support excellent progress for our learners throughout their learner journey, particularly during exams. You will be supported by an experienced Manager and Senior Exams Officer and be part of the Management Information Department which is vital to the College in storing, searching and analysing learner information and data.
As an Exams Officer, you will work closely with the MIS department and members of the examinations team to ensure all aspects of learner exams are managed and executed correctly and in a timely manner. Being enthusiastic, organised and willing to collaborate with others is essential as you will be liaising with our learners and colleagues across our three campuses to ensure the smooth running of exams.
Due to the nature of the role, workday starts and end times will vary during our busy exam periods in January, May and June.
