Dunbar Education is a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, dedicated to fostering excellence in teaching and learning. We are currently seeking a dynamic and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a dedicated team at a primary school in Bedford.

Role Overview:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality early years education to young learners. You will create a supportive and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of children and prepares them for their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to support their development and learning.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of all students.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on Early Years education.
  • Proven experience teaching within the EYFS setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Additional qualifications or training in early years education.
  • Experience with specific early years programs or interventions.
