What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in preparing budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing detailed analysis of financial performance.
- Drive the revenue forecasting cycle in collaboration with Operations teams, utilising analytics to enhance business understanding.
- Foster relationships between the commercial business and the finance team, promoting continuous improvement across financial operations.
- Support ad-hoc projects to drive management decision-making and enhance P&L.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Qualified Accountant (or equivalent finance qualification).
