We are currently looking for a proactive Resourcer to join our extremely busy internal recruitment team. This appointment is due to both company expansion and internal promotions, demonstrating the career path within White Trees Group.
White Trees Group provides therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services. We cater for young people aged 11-18 years with complex, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
We recruit to ensure ongoing adequate staffing is provided for our 8 young peoples therapeutic residential homes and our three school sites. This also includes an outdoor provision for education and a forest school, all within the Hertfordshire and Essex area.
Skill Required;
Excellent communication skills
Have the ability to think "outside the box" and be creative
Organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Knowledge and experience of using Job Sites, and LinkedIn
Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail
Be extremely competent on excel, recording and extracting MI
Remain calm in a very busy, pressurised environment
Passion to recruit quality staff to ensure our young people receive the best care
Team player
Proactive
Resourcing experience in a recruitment environment is advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities;
Posting and refreshing Job Advertisements
Updating Candidate database
Screening advert responses
Undertaking searches for candidates against the companies' job specification using on-line CV databases, social media and other networking platforms
Making initial contact with screened candidates via telephone/e-mail
Conducting candidates face to face interviews
Preparing shortlists of suitable candidates
Ensuring a professional, seamless candidate journey through our recruitment process
