Our client, a leading financial services company based in Manchster is seeking for an experienced and dynamic network engineer to join their team. The role requires the successful candidate to work on an intial 3 month contract basis.
Skills:
ACI deployment - As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) which provides centralized automation and policy-driven application profiles.
Collaboration with DCS - You will collaborate closely with Data Center Support teams on cabling and placement of network infrastructure ensuring seamless delivery of project milestones.
IP Space Allocation - Allocate IP space for each migration; this skillset would come handy when working towards creating optimal networks that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on operational responsibility carrying out tasks such as designing new solutions across multiple technologies including but not limited to LAN/WAN/MAN networking environments while providing support throughout various stages from inception through implementation.
To succeed within this fast-paced environment, you must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal coupled up-to-date knowledge related technology trends affecting your field so we can stay competitive over time!
Key information:
- 3 month rolling contract with the view of a possible extension
- £450 p/d inside IR35
- 2 Days a week in the office based in Manchester
