Cobalt have been instructed by an established and highly reputable outfit to secure the appointment of a Senior Valuation Surveyor in their team.
The successful individual will be proficient in valuation for mixed purposes across either the commercial or residential sector, hold 3-5 years post-qualified experience, and make a positive contribution to an already dynamic, high fee-earning team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate valuations of residential and commercial properties for loan security.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including bank managers, property owners, and internal team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Engage in networking and relationship-building activities, including social events with clients.
- Travel within London, Home Counties, and occasionally up north as required.
The firm are based in the City but operate a 2 day minimum in the office, and would welcome an individual living in close proximity to South London, given the volume of instructions in the area.
MRICS and UK driving licence is required.
Salary is between £60,000-£70,000 plus benefits, with the ability for top performers in excess of 25-50% additional earnings.
