Shift Pattern: Full time Monday - Friday 07.30am - 17.30pm (45 hour week) or potential for 2x Part Time 07.30am - 13.00pm and 12.00pm - 17.30pm
Pay Rate: £12.87
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of a global company in the transportation industry. This role is either Full time Monday - Friday 07.30am - 17.30pm (45 hour week) or 2 x Part time positions of 07.30am - 13.00pm and 12.00pm - 17.30pm (27.5 hour week)
The successful Receptionist will join the Team based at the Goole office. The Receptionist will operate a busy front of house desk, checking in visitors, taking phone calls, emails, Deliveries, along with other Admin duties. You will be working in a new and vibrant environment with a newly refurbished canteen area and facilities.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Operating a busy Front of house Desk
- Checking Visitors in and out
- Answering calls
- Emails
- Taking in deliveries
- Friendly and professional attitude
- I.T savvy - operate front of house system
- Keeping a clean and tidy reception area
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Booking travel if required
- Ordering stationary and keeping on top of supplies
- Raising facilities management requests
- Coordinating Health and Safety Bulletins
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Previous reception experience
- Proficient in IT especially Microsoft packages, word, excel,outlook - SAP would be a bonus but not essential
- Professional Communication in both written and verbal
- Organised
- Customer service focused
- Time management is imperative
