Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Wakefield to recruit a Quantity Surveyor
Salary: up to £50,000
Our client is a growing and dynamic manufacturer within the construction sector and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is innovativeand adaptableto change, driven, enthusiastic and solution-focused.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial risks and opportunities of the projects department from inception to completion.
Duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include
- Bid Review Meetings - Managing risk assessments for new initiatives
- Tender Document Review
- Leadership of the commercial process from bid to construction completion
- Project Financial Reporting
We are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors with the following:
- Degree qualified
- Experience in Construction Management
- Must have NEC contract experience
- Project Management Qualification (Prince/APMP or similar)
- Proven track record of successful multi-project delivery
- Commercial Experience
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience in evaluating technical drawings or project proposals and accurately interpreting them
This role requires nationwide travelsoa UK driving licence is required.
