Credit Controller required for 6 months to join a thriving and exciting global business based in Poole. There is on-site parking and hybrid working on offer
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for chasing overdue payments and managing customer accounts with diplomacy and a problem-solving approach. Responsibilities include:
- Chasing overdue payments by phone, email and letter
- Maintaining the aged debtor ledger
- Set up customer credit limits
- Using a high level of communication skill to effectively manage client relationships focusing on a positive solution
This role would be well suited to an experienced Credit Control professional who has a thorough understanding of the credit control process and how to navigate this while maintaining business relationships. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Sage and a problem-solving mind set will be important to the success of the role.
