The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion. This includes handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions with autonomy.
- Providing clear, concise legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Extensive experience in handling all aspects of conveyancing matters.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
