5 years relevant experience with credit proposals.
Well-known bank in their real estate division, recruiting to bring on multiple Credit Officers for an initial 6 month day rate contract.
You'll be responsible for:
- Working on credit proposals
- Business requests
- keeping on top of existing books
- Liaise with front line colleagues and stakeholders
- Basic financial modelling
- Portfolio hygiene/Credit monitoring
- Clients that are high risk
To be successful, you'll need:
- 5 years relevant experience as a credit analyst
- Experienced with credit proposals
- Experienced of using Bloomberg and SMP would be advantageous
- Experienced in global listed sector
