German-speaking Merchant Services Specialist
We are seeking a German Merchant Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking merchants, including support, account management, and problem resolution.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support and assistance to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, or live chat.
- Manage merchant accounts, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve merchant issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- *Qualifications:**
1. Language skills: Fluent in German ( bilingual fluency in German and English is a plus).
2. Problem resolution &quick learner skills: be able to support merchants' enquiry according to the knowledge base and training materials; Better to have experience in B client service
3. Logical to quickly determine the key owners of the merchant issues, reroute and closely follow it up
4. Payment industry experience preferred
5. Excellent customer recovery skills
