Hours: 12:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday to Thursday | Work From Home Fridays
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic + 40% Commission on Revenue

We're on the lookout for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to play a vital role in nurturing our existing client base and driving new business within the construction, civil engineering, and manufacturing sectors across the U.S.

The Role
As a Client Solutions Manager, you'll act as both a trusted advisor and a business development leader. This hybrid role requires someone who can build long-term client partnerships while confidently identifying and converting new opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing U.S.-based clients
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities in key sectors
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Working U.S. business hours (12-8 UK time) to align with client availability

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales (ideally B2B/client-facing roles)
  • Strong knowledge or experience within construction, civil, or manufacturing industries
  • Confident communicator with a solutions-driven mindset
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a growing team
  • A passion for client success and delivering real value
