We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual looking to train as an Air Tightness Test Engineer.

AES Compliance & Testing Ltd are best known for air tightness testing in the new build sector, we also offer other on-site services including sound insulation testing, ventilation testing, Veritherm and thermography surveys in the residential, non-residential and existing building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Always display a professional attitude demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
  • An enthusiastic self-motivated individual to cover Plymouth and the surrounding areas
  • Someone who has a full clean driving licence as the successful applicant/s time would involve travelling to construction sites and carrying out air tightness testing in conjunction with building regulations, for which full training will be given.
  • Has a good level of secondary education with the ability to communicate well with people from all backgrounds
  • An individual who would be able to fit in with our established team of engineers whilst being able to work independently
  • Some on-site construction experience would be beneficial but is not essential

Roles and responsibilities may vary and may be subject to change.
