A forward-thinking Real Estate practice are looking to enhance their Leeds Building Surveying team with a dynamic Assistant Building Surveyor.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor keen to further develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Assistant Building Surveyors' role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a dedicated team of 15, gaining exposure to a wide range of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, and healthcare.
Alongside this, the Assistant Building Surveyor will also have the opportunity to develop their experience across key professional services such as dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect analysis, condition surveys and planned preventative maintenance.
This position is ideal for an Assistant Building Surveyor who's looking for further variety, a perfect environment for APC progression.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- A RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
- Ambition to start the APC process, ideal if already started
- A bright and driven individual
