- Working pattern: Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm or 8:30am- 5pm or 9:30am- 6pm) Overtime one in three Saturday's rota (9am -1pm)
My client is looking for a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to make a positive impact on customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing support and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Sell policies for a variety of client companies
- Maximise inbound sales opportunities
- Identify and respond to the needs of customers
- Resolving queries
- Understand the client's needs
- Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic and efficient manner.
- Able to navigate around basic computer applications.
- Update and use inhouse data base
- Follow process and procedure
- Ability to follow a script accurately and compliantly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
