About The Legal Firm:
TN Recruits Law would like to introduce you to an established law firm dedicated to providing a tailored, client-focused service. They are currently seeking a professional and experienced Residential Property Legal Secretary/ Paralegal to join their team in the Maidstone area.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting one of the Partners: Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
General Duties: Assist with various administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to:
- Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing and organising client files
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries
- Conducting property searches and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in fee-earning or support roles within residential property, including secretarial positions.
- A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process is essential.
- Skills: Must be able to hit the ground running, utilising prior experience effectively.
- Personality: Approachable, team player with a proactive attitude.
