A well-respected and established building surveying network firm, who are searching for a Client Services Administrator to join their friendly team. This is an opportunity for someone who is keen to progress in their career and has a long-term career path in mind.

As a Client Services Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with building surveyors, brokers, and corporate clients to provide administrative support. Your excellent verbal and written skills will be put to good use as you communicate with clients daily. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get stuck in and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with high volumes of inbound calls and emails
  • Communicating with surveyors, brokers and corporate clients
  • Allocation of new instructions via a bespoke valuation system
  • Progress chasing to ensure strict service levels are maintained
  • Providing free quotes
  • Provide general admin and office duties – dealing with any issues that may arise

In addition to these duties, our client is also looking for a candidate who is computer literate and can switch between software programs with ease. Our client needs someone who can adapt quickly to new systems.
