Product Executive
This renowned luxury travel company now have a new Product Executive vacancy. This exciting role supports with aspects of product management including product development, purchasing, set up and commercial. Salary up to circa £35k dependent on experience, hybrid working and an array of amazing company benefits!
Product Executive - Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Senior Manager with managing the product and supply within your assigned region.
- Co-ordinate product briefings, collating data and creation of briefing documents.
- Collate and maintain data to drive product decisions.
- Support commercial team with competitor analysis, pricing and price matching to provide product input.
- Assist with brochure and marketing sign off.
- Co-ordinate product set up and contract loading with concise upkeep of product inventory. Investigate & resolve set up issues arising and be the subject matter expert for system set up.
- Develop and maintain excellent supplier relationships, supporting with enquiries by phone & email. Attend supplier meetings, events & trade shows.
- Point of contact for operational & H&S issues arising.
- Collate and maintain selection data for customer feedback and reviews.
- Maintain and update product training material and source new material as needed. Co-ordinate supplier involvement for remote, in house training and supplier events.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal colleagues.
Product Executive - Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience working in a similar Product / Contracts / Purchasing role in the travel industry, preferably for a tour operator or OTA.
- Strong worldwide destination knowledge
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with suppliers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Highly organised with an ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self motivated, pro-active, flexible approach and adaptable to changing priorities.
Product Executive - Key Benefits:
