Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

About the Role:
Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to take on a significant project in the heart of London? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the electrical installation for a new 10-story shell and core office block near Liverpool Street. This role demands a strong leader who can ensure the highest standards of quality and safety while keeping the project on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all electrical work on-site, ensuring it meets the project's specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring challenges are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project momentum.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience with shell and core office developments is highly desirable.
