Operations Engineer - Permanent - £43k - Hybrid/London - (3 days in Office)

Harvey Nash are partnered with a Long term prestigious Client who have a market leading wellbeing programmes. You'll support and innovate with the clients internal business applications, focusing on Google Workspace and Okta. You will be Providing subject matter knowledge, engineering assistance for existing projects, BAU and second/third line support for a user base of about 1700, both in-office and remote, you will oversee the whole product lifecycle of these services.
The Ideal Candidate will be passionate about Changing Microsoft users in to Google enthusiasts, addressing business challenges with cloud solutions and integrating new services with Okta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch 2nd/3rd line support.
- Configure, uphold and document applications.
- Monitor systems and anticipate problems.
- Triage and escalate operational issues.
Essential Skills:
looking for a passionate customer service expert with strong support experience, an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative team player eager to learn. Experience with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace and Okta is essential.
Desirable skills:
Okta and google workspace certifications. Knowledge of ITIL and Agile Methodologies
