Loss Adjuster

£80-90k (doe).
Our Surrey based client is a well-established firm of Loss Adjusters. As part of their growth, they are working with Better People Ltd to source an experienced Chartered Loss Adjuster who is CILA qualified and has at least 10 years' experience of major and complex claims.
The role will involve working on major and complex property loss insurance claims, working with the Risk Management team and the tracking technicians.
Salary for this role is dependant on experience so if you feel that you have the experience but are currently earning more - please contact us anyway.
It is the experience and qualifications that will determine the salary you are offered.
Ideal Candidates will be/have:
- Experienced Loss Adjusters with at least 10 years' experience of complex claims
- CILA qualified as a minimum (or about to have your letters and able to demonstrate that)
- Have achieved chartered status
- Numerate
- Driving licence and own car
- Proficient MS Office user and able to learn other technology quickly
- Great communication skills in person and in writing
- Fully conversant with insurance policies, principles and procedures.
