Job Purpose
- Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
- Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited companies.
- Reconciliation of control accounts.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Supervise junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development.
- Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries.
- Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency.
- Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations.
- Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities.

Job Requirements
- ACCA/ACA newly or part qualified with recent experience in UK practice
- A proven track record of managing a client portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects
- Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Good IT skills
- A team player who can also work autonomously
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
