A leading luxury beauty brand require a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their small close knit team ASAP. Excellent opportunity to work with a renowned brand.
The role:
- Preparing analysis on sales data daily
- Coordinating with 3PL on international delivery ensuring paperwork is accurate
- Sales order management for retail accounts through ERP
- Supporting in processing returns/short shipments and liaising with 3PL and FS teams
- Support the supply chain and sales team in sales target monitoring and tracking processes

The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 1 years experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising essential
- Previous experience working within the beauty industry desirable not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills confident with VLOOKUP's, PIVOT Tables and Formulas
- Managed large data sets and data analysis experience essential
- SBO/SAP experience highly desirable
- Hold high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
