£40,000 - £50,000 + 4% pension contribution + Company benefits

This role would suit a Quality Assurance manager, KYC Manager or similar with technology and Investment banking background looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.
THE ROLE:
- Ensure all KYC & AML activity is quality controlled and in line with relevant regulatory requirements
- Manage caseloads consisting of client owners, business units, providing validation and identified risk factors
- Create Gap analysis of all complex cases, providing solutions, ensuring information is repaired or up to date according to KYC standards
- PEP Sanctions screenings
- QC Review
THE PERSON
- Experience in KYC & AML sanctions
- Experience with financial technology systems and software
- Experience within an investment banking environment
- Skills and experience in MiFID, Volcker
- Experience of stakeholder management
