Our client is a niche recruitment specialist based in modern offices in the East of Leeds. They are seeking a friendly and dynamic Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team.

This is a varied role, suited to someone with a professional and positive attitude.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team, to support with all administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Posting and editing adverts.
  • Marketing support.
  • Adding candidates to the company's system.
  • Handling incoming calls and redirecting as appropriate.
  • Communicating with clients, candidates and colleagues via phone and email.
  • General admin support.

About you:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good Excel experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to new ways of working.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and hybrid working is available, after probation.

As well as a basic salary up to £24,000pa the role also has a quarterly commission scheme based on company performance. Free on site parking is available.
