The Job

As the Manager of Regional Media and Acquisition Planning, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing 360° customer acquisition strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Driving growth through traditional media, performance media, and agency collaboration.
  • Managing acquisition and media budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Optimizing consumer journeys and scaling channels for growth.
  • Providing regular performance forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborating with teams across Affiliates, SEO, Social Media, and Innovation to build comprehensive acquisition strategies.

You

  • 10+ years of experience in customer acquisition across channels like TV, Radio, PPC, and Social Media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and both digital and offline marketing tools.
  • Proven track record in driving growth through innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
