Our client in the Energy industry is looking for a Business Readiness Lead to join their team for an 18 month contract.
Job Description -
- Define the approach to business readiness, including relevant metrics and KPIs
- Oversee the development of the business readiness assessment
- Collect, analyse and report business readiness results to leadership
- Coordinate with Change Lead to monitor areas of low readiness and adapt change initiatives accordingly
- Support/coordinate the Directorate Change teams as required
- Attend and Input into the Transition/Deployment Board
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong proficiency in business readiness methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent organisational skills to support business readiness activities
- Ability to coordinate and liaise with supporting tech roles
- Proficiency in change management
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to identify and address barriers to readiness
