Role Overview:
The Operations Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire operational function of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including the management of the plant hire fleet, logistics, and equipment maintenance, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
