The difference you will make as a Service Support Analyst

You will be working to formal Service Level Agreements, providing mainly first line technical support to internal staff via the IT Service Desk, routing calls to the appropriate IT resolver group (including third-party suppliers), owning and monitoring all allocated calls end-to-end to ensure resolution and closure. You will resolve reported incidents, service requests and technical issues, escalating as appropriate and ensuring associated administrative activities are completed effectively. Act as ‘overflow' on service requests for peaks of demand into Colleague Technology Services to ensure service requests are fulfilled to service levels

About you

We are looking for someone with

  • Proven experience working on an IT Service Desk, logging, and resolving calls
  • Strong IT support skills, including supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient use of Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
