Sales Assistant - 16 hours per week

YOUR MISSION:
As Sales Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Liaising with clients in all areas of sales, ensuring client interaction and a highly personalized approach
- Utilizing specialist product knowledge when assisting with product selection and offering advice to customers
- Processing payments of various kinds
- Arranging delivery dates for larger items and dealing with customer complaints
- Monitoring and updating sales display areas
YOUR PROFILE:
You bring a sales background (apprenticeship as Sales Assistant, or training, preferably in Retail) combined with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Sales Assistant or in a customer oriented position. You enjoy being a brand ambassador and delivering a unique shopping experience to the Victorinox clientele. With a friendly, positive and flexible mindset, you are a strong communicator and this enables you to easily establish long-term customer relationships. Good language skills in English are mandatory, any other languages would be an advantage. Your willingness to regularly work on weekends rounds off your profile.
