Appointment Setter - Immediate Start
Rates of Pay: £11.44 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Part-Time Hours: Flexible, 20-30 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Rochdale
Duration: 3-6 months (contract available)
We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our transport company, working closely with the Managing Director to schedule visits with potential clients.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, personable, and persuasive with a focus on active listening
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers through phone calls and emails
- Maintaining regular communication with new and existing leads
- Updating our company database with accurate information
