We are currently recruiting for a Office Coordinator and HR Administrator. This role plays a crucial role in managing the administrative and human resources functions within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for staff
  • Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of information
  • Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
  • Dealing with recruitment needs via the internal portal
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
  • Post job vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate interviews
  • Logging any staff absence or holiday requests
  • Processing timesheets
  • General office coordination, maintaining confidential personnel files, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records
  • Update records with any changes in employment status, personal information
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner
  • Support a positive work environment through engagement initiatives

This role requires

  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in relevant software applications and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are also essential
  • Strong IT Skills within Microsoft office
