3rd Line Service Desk Engineer - Milton Keynes- Hybrid - £40,000 to £45,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer.

The successful candidate will be able to provide technical support to end users. This can include incidents; problems; requests or change control depending on the customer's request. You must have clear communication both written and verbal.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Log and Investigate customer tickets.
  • Provide Level 3 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support.
  • Resolve complex IT issues.
  • Manage and maintain customer documentation.
  • Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns.
  • Work closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.
  • End to end ownership of problem resolution.
  • Action Hardware and Software installations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers.
  • Firewalls, Router and VPN Technologies.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
  • MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, VEAAM, Azure AD, DHCP, Replication, Meraki, Intune, Auto - Pilot, Hypervisors and VMWare.
