3rd Line Service Desk Engineer - Milton Keynes- Hybrid - £40,000 to £45,000 per year
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer.
The successful candidate will be able to provide technical support to end users. This can include incidents; problems; requests or change control depending on the customer's request. You must have clear communication both written and verbal.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Log and Investigate customer tickets.
- Provide Level 3 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support.
- Resolve complex IT issues.
- Manage and maintain customer documentation.
- Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns.
- Work closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.
- End to end ownership of problem resolution.
- Action Hardware and Software installations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers.
- Firewalls, Router and VPN Technologies.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, VEAAM, Azure AD, DHCP, Replication, Meraki, Intune, Auto - Pilot, Hypervisors and VMWare.
