Block Manager - Day to day duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure all blocks are compliant.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations including maintenance, repairs and inspections.
- Diarise cyclical maintenance and works.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality services.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
Block Manager - Experience and background
- Experience in the property sector preferably over 2 years in residential block management.
- Ability to demonstrate management, leadership skills.
- Great communication & business generation qualities.
- Excellent time management skills
- Relevant Industry based qualifications are desirable.
