My client, a city based renewable energy company are looking to hire a Team Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team with a range of administrative and logistics tasks, ensuring the team's smooth day-to-day operations. The successful Team Assistant will have previous experience working in a similar role, capable of maintaining composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and detailed orientated. Hybrid working available.
What you'll do:
- Complex diary management
- Coordinating international travel – including preparation of itineraries and Visas
- Processing expenses
- Provide reception cover when required
- Assist with the organisation of internal and external events and conferences
- Support the onboarding of new employees and collaborate closely with HR
- Support with ad hoc projects as and when required
What you'll need:
- Previous experience working within a Team Assistant role – Legal or Finance is desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Detailed oriented and team player
