My client, a city based renewable energy company are looking to hire a Team Assistant to support the Senior Leadership team with a range of administrative and logistics tasks, ensuring the team's smooth day-to-day operations. The successful Team Assistant will have previous experience working in a similar role, capable of maintaining composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and detailed orientated. Hybrid working available.

What you'll do:

  • Complex diary management
  • Coordinating international travel – including preparation of itineraries and Visas
  • Processing expenses
  • Provide reception cover when required
  • Assist with the organisation of internal and external events and conferences
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and collaborate closely with HR
  • Support with ad hoc projects as and when required

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience working within a Team Assistant role – Legal or Finance is desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Detailed oriented and team player
