Job Title: Night Concierge
Location: Elephant and Castle, London
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Concierge to join a great team at a prestigious Build to Rent scheme in Elephant and Castle. This high-end residential development demands excellence in service, and we are looking for someone who can provide a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class service to residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of all residents.
- Handle resident inquiries, bookings, and requests, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are safe and secure.
- Manage and coordinate deliveries, including parcels and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house areas.
- Assist in emergency situations, following protocols to ensure resident safety.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer-facing role, ideally within a luxury residential environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with security systems and protocols is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
