Job Title - Sales Support Coordinator

Salary - £30,000 - £32,000k

Length - 12 Month FTC

Hybrid - 3 Days in office 2 days from home

Location - Crawley

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers to discuss products, services, and opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for sales presentations.
  • Arrange and conduct account reviews, run performance reports, and prepare detailed customer reports.
  • Conduct regular calls to manage and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current.
  • Generate new sales opportunities by engaging in proactive outreach activities.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and promptly respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
  • Process incoming sales inquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in supporting marketing campaigns and activities to boost customer engagement.
  • Maintain the quality and accuracy of the CRM database by regularly updating and verifying customer information.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and an open mind in all interactions.
  • Exhibit a confident telephone manner when making outbound calls to customers.
  • Be a team player, as the role relies heavily on collaborating with colleagues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensure professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are consistently displayed.
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service roles.
