Location: Rochester

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 5 days per week (including Weekends)

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum DOE

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional, friendly and efficient handover service
  • Run through all necessary information to ensure the customer is fully satisfied
  • Ensure a positive collection experience for customers
  • Accurately complete paperwork for part exchanges as applicable
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Working closely with the Accounts Department to confirm payments in the business account
  • Ensure customers are kept informed with their purchase - this includes booking the handover appointment at point of sale and confirmation calls beforehand

Person specification:

  • A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating with customers
  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management
  • Flexible with working patterns to meet the demands of the business
