What will you do?
- Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
- Advise a broad client base, to include local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
- Sector focus will include leisure, retail and development
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- To have at least 3 or 4 years PQE+
- Commercial property experience
- Ideally you should already be operating at associate level within another reputed firm
