Our latest client is a start-up in the tech sector. They're doing fabulously but are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take them to the next level. They're looking for someone part-time, 3 days per week at this stage, so if you've been looking for that perfect reduced hours opportunity, this one could be for you!
The role:
Running a cloud-based SaaS solution to a specific industry, this business has achieved great thing, and they're now looking for an experience and dynamic marketing manager to be responsible for implementing inbound and outbound campaigns whilst ensuring brilliant brand awareness. Naturally this means your marketing will involve creating quality leads which will in turn lead to continued growth and success.
Your key responsibilities will involve running targeted campaigns, primarily across email and social media, organising webinars as well as developing partnerships with complementary businesses. You'll write blog posts and case studies to highlight benefits and drive Seo ranking. You'll manage the social media accounts (pr9imiarly LinkedIn) with a real focus on content creation that will drive engagement and interest. To a lesser extent you'll be involved with managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
You'll also help the company refine it's brand and messaging ensuring it aligns with their values and is clear, consistent and compelling across all channels. You'll also be involved with reporting and metrics to enable strategic decision making.
What we're looking for:
First and foremost, this is a small business, so we're need someone who is hands on, and happy to be a do-er - there isn't anyone else to pass the work on to. You'll probably have around 5 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally from tech, software, or service industries, and you must have a proven track record in B2B marketing including lead generation, campaign management and content creation.
You'll have strong understanding of SEO, content marketing and social media marketing and will be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, start-up environment. Any experience of HubSpot, Webflow, Figma would be useful but not essential.
You must have a full, clean driving license and be willing to undergo an advanced DBS check
What's on Offer?
This is a part-time role, 3 days per week (22.5 hours), and you'll need to be in the office for 2 days. They also offer flexible working hours and 26 days holiday (pro rate). Salary is going to depend on experience, but between £35-45k pro rate.
