Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Handling customer interaction via multi-channel, i.e. inbound calls, emails and live chat
- Handling customer queries including diagnosing and scheduling repairs.
- Support with rent, ASB, lettings and home ownership queries.
- Take a proactive approach to our customer experience.
- Record every contact, capturing quality customer information, including profiling. data in line with guidelines such as GDPR and PCI compliance.
- Promote safeguarding, making referrals where appropriate.
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Experience within a call handling role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Can commit to a 6 month temporary role.
