This role is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a not-for-profit team based in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and support to customers.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handling customer interaction via multi-channel, i.e. inbound calls, emails and live chat
  • Handling customer queries including diagnosing and scheduling repairs.
  • Support with rent, ASB, lettings and home ownership queries.
  • Take a proactive approach to our customer experience.
  • Record every contact, capturing quality customer information, including profiling. data in line with guidelines such as GDPR and PCI compliance.
  • Promote safeguarding, making referrals where appropriate.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within a call handling role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Can commit to a 6 month temporary role.
