I am delighted to be recruiting for a public sector organisation based in Newcastle as they look for a receptionist to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organisation skills.

Your new role

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors within the organisation. You will be responsible for a range of tasks such as:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Arranging meetings
  • Ordering office equipment
  • Printing, photocopying and filing
  • Keeping records up to date

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist
